Bookings Terms and Conditions 
All bookings are subject to availability of open dates and slots, no preference shall be given on any grounds of emergency nor urgency. All booking spaces shall be allocated based on available times and dates as seen on the Site or as advised by Melek Collection. 

Melek Collection reserves the right to postpone, cancel or amend your booking and details around your booking at no cost to either party.

Readings and message transmissions are based on the divine work attached to your booking, and the fact that I acknowledge that your reading is based on submitted questions, there is no guarantee on the response and answers that we might receive from the channeled questions, as such, you hereby accept and agree that the form of response is not of my doing but of your guides accordingly. 

There will be no refunds for any ‘unsatisfactory’ readings related to your questions or messages received (the outcome related to the user’s divine messages depends on their spirit guides). I reserve the right to consider a follow up session on further inquiries related to your returned messages, and this option will only be exercised on my side at the discretion of our operating spirit and not a right on the user of the Services.
